I say goodnight with a few glasses of wonderful fresh juice from oranges, grapefruits and a lemon. Wonderful. Goodnight.

Been doing 80/10/10 now for a week or so this time, but now the last two days i’ve been adding steamed rice (like a portion of rice, usually with my evening salad) I just can’t cope with a fruit and veggie based diet only, to be honest. After a a few day it’s too hard. Most likely because i’m not eating enough (i know have to start count the cals), but right now, adding about a cup or less steamed whole grain organic rice to my diet makes everything SO much more easier and a true joy (will try potatoes soon also) So i’m not 100% raw anymore, AGAIN. As always. But i actually don’t really feel like a failure. It’s now more of a joy to keep my fruit and green intake super high and i don’t crave anything. In long term, i think this is the best solution for me. Not tormenting myself for another few days and then maybe go back to just a 50% raw diet again? And I’m still keeping it on the 811 ofc (even less fat? is that BAD? don’t crave fat anymore now at all) I don’t believe healthy cooked food in moderation are unhealthy or bad for you in any way, even if raw may be the best. So i feel perfectly fine but hope this will help me along the way to yet again start cutting down on my rice (and potatoes?) and maybe go full raw sometime soon in the future. So right now im 95% raw but a 100% 80/10/10!

I love my stove! Just couldn’t live without it, haha!
You see a heck lot of oranges, bananas, pineapple, mango, papaya, avocado and grapefruits!

As a student, living on my own in my own apartment, paying for everything by myself, and eating according to the 811 diet, I honestly can’t afford buying organic fruit any more. Which SUCKS. But i guess I haven’t realized how much until now. Treating myself with some organic bananas (which cost about 100-150% more than the regular bananas) and OH MY GOD. Why, why? cruel world :(

Hi guys. It’s been a while. Right now i’ve started the 811 again, after a few months with a light vegan diet (with organic fish a few times) But as the weather here i Sweden gets warmer for every day I do long more after fresh and sweet fruits. So now I’m on my third day (forth, but the first day i slipt a bit) of this wonderful diet. Doing much better then the last time. But it sure is a roller coaster :)
